Sewing is the skill behind every garment you own, and the first skill behind every other course in our school. This course starts from the very beginning: a needle, a thread and your two hands – then the sewing machine, cutting, seams and hems, mending, and four projects you can finish and use.

Each lesson opens short; tap any section to read more. It suits hand-crank, treadle and electric machines alike, and no costly kit is needed.
